SL42 range: Smart street–lighting controllers – to be fixed into the pole
|
SL42 street–lighting controller communicates via the powerline technology on the LonWorks® network (use of the existing electrical network).
SL42 controller:
• Is fixed into the street–light pole, upstream from the ballast
• Controls any type of ballasts: magnetic (patented system), electronic…
• Is compatible with any lamp type till 250W: sodium, metal iodide…
• Controls each individual street–light
• Collects each lamp status and sends the information to the segment controller
• Detects failures…
SL42 benefits:
• It is equipped with an auxiliary output to control additional services (without any additional cables or specific installation): video surveillance, festive lighting, bus stop panel, phone box…
• It is dedicated to existing urban installations: control of magnetic ballasts (ON/OFF or dimming, patented system)
• It is dedicated to new urban installations: control of electronic ballasts (ON/OFF, dimming 1–10Vdc or DALI)

SL42–ED–1T: street lighting controller for 1–10Vdc electronic ballast + 1 ON/OFF independent auxiliary output
SL42–EDA–1T: street lighting controller for DALI electronic ballast + 1 ON/OFF independent auxiliary output. Can drive 2 DALI ballasts.
SL42–FD–1T: street lighting controller for magnetic ballast + 1 ON/OFF independent auxiliary output
SL42–2T: street lighting controller for magnetic (with a capacitor inside the controller) or electronic ballast + 1 ON/OFF independent auxiliary output
